Located at the intersection of Vaughan Road and Northcliffe Boulevard, Vaughan Rd Residences situates itself into the busy urban streets of Toronto. The tower presents itself with a 6-storey podium, followed by 30 floors above, offering 483 residential units. The building presents itself with a brick pier expression and rounded corner that transitions upwards throughout the 36-storey tower. The reveals in the middle subtly render into two volumes, whilst decisively rounding a singular corner of the architectural form emphasizes its corner street presence facing the intersection between Vaughan Road and Northcliffe Boulevard.

The program offers Rental and Co-Living opportunities for its residents, while also have commercial store fronts at grade level for pedestrian level activity and interaction. The lobby, indoor and outdoor amenities are well connected with stepped seating, raised seating platform, and landscape features. The landscaping offers a raised outdoor amenity space at the rear, while also offering community program space at ground level integrated with commercial space. The project incorporates geothermal heating and cooling systems, significantly reducing the energy and environmental impact of the building.
