The goal of this renovation was to refocus the scale and industrial aesthetic of the existing warehouse building into a comfortable and efficient office space for new commercial tenants. By ensuring the client’s requirements and desires were understood and addressed upfront, the project was successfully delivered under a tight budget and accelerated schedule.
