Located in Midtown Toronto, this project involves understanding the highest and best use of multiple existing lots containing dilapidated duplexes.  Working with a Client with a mandate for sustainable strategies, these townhomes are designed to maximize daylight through all three storeys, provide stack ventilation, and rain water collection.  A roof garden on the third floor provides additional outdoor space that provides view to the park across the street.
