This 5-storey infill building adds to the increasing density in the surrounding neighborhood. Just south of the ongoing Regent Park regeneration, this site borders both single family and stacked town typologies. This small-scale mid-rise form introduces 29 units spread across 5 floors and one below grade level. The suites range in size but are primarily two-bedroom units. Artist live/work style units are proposed at grade addressing the mixed-use character of the surrounding neighbourhood.

The façade features a mix of brick volumes and recessed balconies clad in dark metal. The deep punched windows feature a custom bent metal sill detail. At grade, a mix of dark metal is contrasted with wood accents.
