WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITIY:

We are looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented INTERMEDIATE INTERIOR DESIGNER to join our team. As an INTERMEDIATE INTERIOR DESIGNER, you bring seasoned experience in conceptualizing interior spaces, and developing and executing drawings and specifications. You possess a superb attention to detail, are able to work in a team towards a successful project execution.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

·         Be involved in design concept and modelling of interior spaces, preparation of client presentations, coordination and preparation of tender drawings

·         Preparation of details, FFE and specifications

·         Developing suite layouts and residential amenity spaces

·         Product research and selection of interior finishes

·         Working with the client and architectural teams to ensure design continuity between interior and exterior spaces

·         Site visits to review installation of finishes

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

·         Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field from a recognized institution

·         Minimum of 5 years (Post-Graduate) experience

·         Strong design-based skills

·         Good understanding of the relationship between drawings and specifications

·         Excellent time management skills for yourself and your team

·         Ability to work well independently and collaboratively

·         Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects

·         Excellent visual and graphic presentation skills

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Proficiency in Sketch Up, Autodesk software (AutoCAD & Revit), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & InDesign), 3D rendering software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Revu Bluebeam an asset.
