This 4 storey, multi-unit residential building situated in Cobourg includes both market and affordable units. The development utilizes geothermal energy providing essential, sustainably-powered rental stock to the community. Inspired by the old town's fabric of 3 storey, masonry buildings, the horizontal facades of this building are balanced by vertical step backs which add to it's unique character. Three colors of locally produced brick further articulate the individual, serrated facades.
